Guys anyone can send info of owner and driver of this white Mitsubishi Montero who sideswiped Elmo Mandigma, riding a Ducati Panigale also a member of Adventure Team Philippines Inc.in SLEX.
The Montero after hitting the rider, suddenly veered to the exit probably so it cannot be identified.
The rider sustained broken bones.
Any information would be appreciated.
