Thank you Governor Wilhelmino M. Sy-Alvarado and to the Province of Bulacan for giving me this opportunity to recognize the outstanding youth of Bulacan.
Today, I’m so happy to grant the Gintong Kabataan Bayani Award with scholarship to “Super Kuya” Romel T. Ramos. He is a 14 year-old grade six boy from Baliuag, Bulacan who was recognized for taking care of his 9 year-old brother who’s suffering from cerebral palsy.
12 more young individuals and organizations were also granted the Gintong Kabataan award in various categories. Congratulations!
