It was good to know that the youth sector is actively participating in discussions to come up with effective measures that will uplift the living standards of all Filipinos.

This is what I observed during the Social Watch Youth Forum at the Polytechnic University of the Philiopines where we tackled the proposed Tobacco Taxation and one of my proposed bills, the Universal Health Care program. This measure, which was certified urgent by President Duterte, will assure the delivery of quality and accessible health services for all Filipinos.
