I had a chance to see once again the beautiful province of Nueva Ecija. It was another humbling experience to speak before the graduates and faculty of Polytechnic University of the Philippines (PUP) Cabiao Campus.

I urged the graduates to be part of our continuing efforts to achieve change in the society and sustain economic progress through agricultural development.

Bukod pa rito ang mungkahi kong magkaroon ng maaasahan at epektibong mass transport and railway system na siguradong magdadala ng kasaganahan sa bawat sulok ng ating bansa – “the railway system is the backbone of our economy”.

Thank you Gov. Cherry Umali, Mayor Ramil Rivera and Novo Ecijanos for the warm welcome and hospitality.

Congratulations Graduates! Mabuhay ang Kabataang Pilipino!
