It was a great experience to be associated once again with Barangay Officials after being invited as one of the guest speakers in the Liga ng mga Barangay 2018 National Convention.
As a three-term Mayor of San Juan City, I emphasized the importance of barangay officials’ role and functions in building and strengthening the basic foundation of the government.
