It was my privilege to be the guest of honor and keynote speaker in the 85th Commencement Exercise of BISU-Main Campus and 9th Commencement Exercise of BISU-Balilihan Campus.
I shared with the Boholanos my efforts to reform the Sangguniang Kabataan by including the provision on anti-political dynasty which will give everyone the opportunity to serve.
Also, as a co-author of the Universal Access to Quality Tertiary Education Act, a law providing free tuition for students of 112 state universities and colleges (SUCs), I welcome the issuance of the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) by the Commission on Higher Education (CHED). My fervent wish to have at least one graduate in every family is about to be realized.
