It was indeed a very productive day! Had the chance to visit our Bicolano kababayans in the evacuation centers to check on their health conditions then proceeded to the Sangguniang Panlalawigan Session Hall for the resumption of our public consultations for the Universal Health Care Bill.
As chairman of the Senate Committee on Health and Demography, it is my utmost priority to craft a measure that is reflective to the health needs of our people.
