Road safety is both a public health and transportation issue. Hence, as Chairman of the Senate Committee on Health and Demography, Vice Chairperson of the Senate Committee on Public Services, and as a road safety advocate, I’m one of the speakers in today’s culmination event of the 2017 Road Safety in Asia Forum.
