Presiding over today’s meeting as the chairperson of the Senate Health Committee to review the Community-Based Mental Health Care Facilities in relation to the Mental Health Bill. With me is Sen. Riza Hontiveros, my vice chair; Rep. Angelina Tan, my counterpart in the House of Representatives, Health Sec. Duque, and representatives from the Budget and Finance departments.
