As guest speaker for this convention hosted by the Bulacan Chamber of Commerce and Industry, I exhorted the group, as one of the most outstanding local chambers in the North Luzon Area, to seize the teeming business opportunities available at the moment in the province of Bulacan.
In addition to sharing my legislative agenda, I also shared my position on the proposed excise tax on fuel and sugar sweetened beverages, and advocacy on the railway system. I believe this will impact Bulacan tremendously once the North South Commuter Railway Project will start construction in 2019 and will make travel time trimmed down to 35 minutes from Tutuban, Manila to Malolos, Bulacan.
