Thank you JCI Manila and JCI Manileña for giving me the opportunity to recognize the outstanding students of Manila by granting them the 2018 Youth Leadership Excellence Award.
As one of the principal authors of the SK Reform Law, I shared with them that under the reformed law, we will concentrate on leadership development and youth welfare activities.
This coming election, the younger generation will once again elect qualified and competent youth leaders to be part of our efforts in nation building.
